The Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council (EPSCO): Informal meetings of this Council are arranged some two or three times a year by the country holding the Presidency of the EU. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss and share knowledge and experience of current and long-term issues. Decisions on the issues are, however, made at the formal Council meetings which take place about four times a year in Brussels or Luxembourg. Related news
