EHFCN offers its condolences to Franz-Hermann Brüner's family, friends and colleagues
The head of the EU's anti-fraud unit OLAF, Franz-Hermann Brüner, has died at the age of 64 after a long illness, the European Commission announced.
Brüner was Director-General of OLAF since it was created in 1999.
"On behalf of the Executive Committee and the members of the European Healthcare Fraud and Corruption Network I would like to offer my condolences following the passing away of Mr. Brüner, Director-General of OLAF.
EHFCN is grateful for the support mr. Brüner has given the Network. He will always be remembered as a true advocate of integrity.
