Invitation
Brussels, February 2012
Dear friends and colleagues
It is my pleasure to invite you to the Open House in Zeist. This meeting will be hosted by our member organisation the Zorgverzekeraars Nederland and held on Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th May 2012. The meeting will tie in with the EHFCN General Assembly meeting on Wednesday 9th May in the morning, for which you will receive a separate invitation.
In 2009, the EHFCN Executive Commitee suggested to organise open presentation days in volunteer member countries in order to foster the share of experiences and expertise with visiting colleagues who directly work in the fight against healthcare fraud. This proved very interesting and stimulating at the first Open House in Paris where participants got a good chance to listen and get new ideas to improve their daily practice. This was therefore an event we wanted to renew.
The Open House will be the opportunity to understand Zorverzekeraars Nedelerland's working organisation and in particular the set-up of their anti-fraud department and their methods. The main part of the agenda will focus on topics which have always been relevant to other members as well: detection, investigation and law enforcement. Presentations will be in English.
You will find more details about the organisation of the Open House, such as timetable, accommodation and the registration form on the website.
In practice:
- The Open House is free of charge for EHFCN member organisations. Please note however that each member will have to finance their own trip and hotel expenses.
- Registration: the deadline for registration is 26th March 2012.
- Accommodation: if you wish the EHFCN Office to arrange your accommodation, please complete the attached form and send it by 4th April 2012.
Registration is possible by clicking here.
Please do not hesitate to contact the EHFCN office (office@ehfcn.org; phone +3227397982) if you have any questions.
I very much hope to meet you at this second Open House and look forward to welcoming you in Oslo.
Yours sincerely,
Paul Vincke
President EHFCN
