The information that you enter on this form will allow our counter fraud specialists to provide you with a free diagnosis of the financial cost of fraud (and error) in the area of expenditure you specify. This will be based on data from more than 60 statistically valid and accurate healthcare loss measurement exercises from around the world, covering £300 billion (€340 billion) of expenditure.

The information you provide also allows us to benchmark your organisation, to identify the main areas where your counter fraud arrangements could be strengthened. If you indicate that you wish us to do so we can also indicate what the cost for undertaking the necessary work would likely to be.
