The European Healthcare Fraud and Corruption Network copyright protected material on secure part of the site may not be reproduced in any format or medium save for any copying by a computer which occurs in the course of, and strictly incidental to, use of this site. Registration
The extranet is still under construction, however if your organisation is a member of EHFCN, you will be able to register by entering your professional email address, which the system will automatically recognise. More to come soon!
Security Information
Once you receive the Security Information to access the secure area of the website, you must ensure that none of your Security Information is disclosed to anyone because you and your employer will be responsible for all activities which occur when someone is logged in using your Security Information. You must take all reasonable care to prevent others from gaining unauthorised access. It is your responsibility to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of any of your Security Information or any other breach of security as soon as you become aware of it.
Code of Conduct
You are responsible for all use you make of this site and activities you carry out in relation to it. You must not knowingly provide any incorrect information to this site and must take all reasonable care to ensure that all information that you do provide is true, accurate and complete. You will be responsible for all information, including code, data, text, software, photographs, pictures, graphics, video, chat, messages, files, sound clips or any other material that you either publicly post or privately transmit to this site.

1. use this site for any commercial purpose;
2. post any content on this site which is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or material which in our opinion is objectionable;
3. post any content on this site that promotes any illegal activity, which includes the provision of instruction for illegal activity;
4. post any content on this site which you do not have the right to transmit or use or which infringes any third party's rights;
5. transmit to this site any material containing software viruses or files designed to damage or disrupt the good working order of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment or that may in any way diminish the quality of or interfere with the performance of this site;
6. impersonate any other person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity while using the site;
7. attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site; or
8. violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation while using this site.
This website (including the discussion forums) will be monitored by the Network from time to time and the Network will be entitled at it's discretion to remove anything which is transmitted to, from or via the site or posted on the site which, in the Network's opinion, is objectionable or does not comply with these terms and conditions in any way. The Network will not accept any liability for doing this.
Availability
The Network cannot guarantee that you will have uninterrupted access to this site or to any site to which a link is provided.
You acknowledge that from time to time the Network may need to carry out maintenance of the website and that it may be necessary for access to some or all of the website to be temporarily suspended. The Network will use reasonable endeavours to ensure maintenance is carried out with as little disruption as reasonably practicable to the ability of users to access the website. The Network will in any event be entitled to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website or to modify any part of the website for any reason at any time.
The Network accept no responsibility for any damages or losses arising out of the loss of use of the website or any part of it or any the information on the website.
Intellectual Property
The names, images and logos identifying the Network are the proprietary marks of the Network. Copying these logos and any other third party logos displayed on or accessed via this site is not permitted without the prior approval of the relevant rights owner.
Virus Protection
Care is taken to check and test material at all stages of production. However, it is always wise for you to run an anti-virus program on all material downloaded from the internet or intranet. The Network do not accept any liability for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system that may occur as a result of using material derived from this site.
User Restrictions
Where you use this site or permit it to be used in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, or the Network has reasonable grounds to suspect that this is the case, then the Network may at its sole discretion suspend or terminate your registration and refuse any and all current or future use of the site.
The Network take your right to privacy very seriously. The Network acts as data controller under the Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data. .
Through your registration and use of this site the Network may collect information from you such as your name, email address and other contact details, job description and details of work that you are involved in. Additionally, the Network may audit and review all information that is on this site, which may include any information that you post to the site, and monitor any use that is made of this site.
The information that the Network collect about you will be used to provide you with a Username and Password for you to access the secure area of the website and for other administrative and case management purposes. Your details will also be made available to other registered users so that you can exchange information and ideas. These registered users may be based in other European countries which may not have the same level of data protection as in Belgium. By providing your contact details, you consent to your information being shared in this way with other registered users. This consent is obtained from you on the registration page.
The Network will not transfer your information to any parties other than as stated here and will not use your information for any commercial purposes.
Should you wish to see, complete, remove or amend any of the information that the Network may hold about you and your use of the site, the Network's contact details are provided at the top of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian Courts.
