The Netherlands reinstate membership
EHFCN is happy to announce that Zorgverzekeraars Nederland (The Netherlands) has rejoined our Network.
ZN plays an active role in the national debate on the structuring of the Dutch healthcare insurance system, the supply of healthcare facilities and the quality of these facilities. The primary task of ZN is to promote the interests of its members by achieving conditions within which members can operate in an optimal manner.
As fraud management is an important activitiy of ZN, they are fully aware of the benefits that membership to Network can provide, especially at a time when ZN is developing a Centre of Excellence on Counter Fraud management, an area where international cooperation is considered one of the pillars.
ZN has been an avid supporter of EHFCN since its inception and has remained actively involved in the development of the services EHFCN offer. Ms. Loubna Boufrach is a member of the Cross Border Working Group while Nel Schonenberg of Zorg en Zekerheid was made an Honorary member of the Network at the 2009 General Assembly, in recognition of her contribution to the Network over a number of years.
